When I try to log in on the TuneIn app, it says my login failed. How do I find out my correct username and password?

If you've already created an account:

• Tap the Profile button in the top right corner of your TuneIn app.

• Tap the "Login / Sign Up" button, then "Log In" again at the bottom of the log in screen and tap "Forgot Your Password?"

• Enter the email address associated to your TuneIn account and submit. 

• Instructions on how to reset your password will be emailed to you. Make sure to check your spam folder if you can't find the password reset email.

Please note that downloading or purchasing one of our TuneIn applications does not automatically create an account. However, we highly recommend having a free account, as it allows you to save your favorite stations and access them on most TuneIn-enabled devices.

You can create an account from within our iOS application by going to "Favorites," tapping ""Sign In,"" and picking whether to Sign Up with Facebook, Google, or to create an account with an email address you own. 

You can also create an account or recover your password by visiting https://tunein.com from an internet browser. From the Home page, click "Sign Up," located at the top-right corner of the page.
