If your previous device was also an iOS device, simply sign in with the same Apple ID username and password in iTunes, and re-download the TuneIn app. If your iTunes account was used to make your previous purchase of TuneIn Pro, then it will allow you to re-download without repurchasing the app.
If your previous device was not an iOS device, then TuneIn Pro app will need to be re-purchased. This is because our applications are built for different operating systems, controlled by their respective third-party stores, and are considered two different products. The purchase is made directly with each store, not through TuneIn. As a result, there is no way for the purchase in one store to be transferred to a device with a different operating system.
