Yes, you can! In settings on the media console, or when you tap on Premium content you should see a QR code
Scan the QR code using your mobile devices camera or QR code scanning. You should be brought to a web page on your mobile browser.
You can either create an account or sign in with an existing one. Then, you will see an option to allow Tesla to link to your account and either continue to enter your credit card to start free trial or skip trial and continue without Premium.
At the end of either choice, you will be logged in on the car. If you started a free trial, Premium should be unlocked on the car.
