Why are some stations missing or not available on my Palm/WebOS device?

We strive to bring you every station possible, but there are some streaming limitations. A station may not be available for one of the following reasons:
  • HP webOS has a limited set of audio codecs available for streaming audio. The codecs available are mp3, aac and amr-nb. This leaves out the Windows Media Audio codec, which many stations use to stream audio. In addition to available codecs, HP webOS does not support the MMS:// protocol.
  • Some stations and networks do not allow streaming of its broadcasts to mobile devices due to licensing agreements.
  • An online stream for the station may not be available.
  • The station is restricted by the broadcaster. Whenever a station is available for streaming, we stream it. When stations become available through station audio codec format changes or through obtained licensing agreements, we add them immediately.
