I’m having trouble connecting to stations on my BlackBerry device.

TuneIn does not work over BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) or BlackBerry Enterprise Service (BES), so make sure you're connecting through Wifi or your carrier's data network. Also note that some users - especially those outside of the U.S. - may not have Internet access beyond BIS.

If you're unable to connect when using a cellular network, make sure you have an active data plan, and that your Connection APN setting is enabled.

To enable your APN connection via TuneIn:
  1. In TuneIn, go to "Settings"
  2. Select "Connection APN (advanced)"
  3. Check "Enable APN settings" and leave the other fields blank
  4. Save the changes
