Currently, we don't make changes to weekly schedules less than a month at a time, meaning the programming you're updating should not change for at least four full weeks.

More information to ensure a successful schedule update:

*Include your Station ID somewhere easily visible in your email. To locate a Station ID, search for your station on TuneIn.com. Access the station page and use the last set of digits of the resulting URL for the ID. For example, If your TuneIn.com URL is "hxxp://tunein.com/radio/tuneinstation-s12345/," then your station ID would be "s12345"

*Only include the necessary changes. Sending a full schedule that includes already listed information may slow the process down as we take the time to cross-reference information that doesn't need to be updated.

*Please confirm if the show you're adding to your station schedule doesn't already exist in our directory. You can do this by searching TuneIn by program name. If the show is already listed, include the program ID in your schedule. To locate a program ID, search for your station or program on TuneIn.com. Next, access the program page and use the last set of digits of the resulting URL for the ID. For example, If your TuneIn.com URL is "hxxp://tunein.com/radio/tuneinprogram-p12345/," then your program ID would be "p12345."

*Known syndicated programs, usually listed on more than one station's schedule, can only be updated by the program owners.

*Label your logos and banner images with file names that are similar to the name of the show or name of the show host.

*Avoid using ALL CAPS. Unless your show includes an acronym, call letters or uses "AM" or "FM" in the title, please only capitalize the first letter of each word. For example, a show titled "This Show FM" is preferred over "THIS SHOW FM."
